Barefoot Sports Advanced - 18 hours / 3 days
Course Description: Sophisticated application of ischemic compressions and friction massage for the restoration of proper muscle function. Tendinopathies, hypertonicities, adhesions, trigger points, and muscular imbalances are addressed.
Examples of muscle tendon problems that are addressed:
- Chronic low-back pain
- Shoulder pain and disfunction
- Achilles tendinosis
