Barefoot Deep Tissue Fall Workshop 2006

The cabins are heated and have bathrooms with showers. There are two bunk beds, and a small loft. Linens and blankets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We will have a gas stove outside and some kitchen equipment for cooking. For more information on the location, check www.elcapitancanyon.com.

A Sunday night stay at El Capitan Canyon can be arranged for those coming from out of town. Please contact us for details.

There is a small concession store at the entrance of the campground. We will be going to the farmer's market in town on Tuesday after class. We can also go to the local Trader Joe's or any other food stores.

If you have special food needs, it's best to bring some supplies with you, at least for the first couple days.

While the weather will most likely be very pleasant, it can get chilly in the evening and at times a bit damp from incoming marine fog. The word for this part of California is layered clothing. It can be nice and warm and all of sudden the fog comes in and you need to put on a sweater or a jacket. Since aside from the cabins and the yurt, we will be outdoors, you will have a lot more fun if you come with good outdoor shoes, plenty of good warm socks, a hat, a somewhat waterproof jacket, and the likes. Sunscreen as well!
