Tuition for the workshop is $775. This includes lodging for four nights (Monday through Thursday), and the book, Fix Pain. Partial scholarships are available.
Your spot will be reserved upon receipt of a $200 deposit. Deposits are to be mailed to:

The remaining balance of $575 will be due on the first day of class. You're welcome to mail it in at anytime before that.
There is no registration deadline. Participation is limited to 12 students.
