The Deeper Work Roundtable is a monthly virtual gathering for like-minded leadership developers coming together for grounding, connection, and collective wisdom, hosted by Deeper Work leadership coaches Nick Duggan and Nicole De La Loza Rivera.

Who is it for? Purpose-driven leaders and leadership developers including coaches, consultants, and internal leaders in People & Culture, HR, L&D, DEI, and related fields, as well as people-focused leaders in any function.

How does it work? During each session, we first create space to get grounded and get in touch with our intuition. Then we hold meaningful conversations to share insights, ideas, challenges, and resources to support each other in navigating change and leading with meaning. And we honor that business and leadership don’t happen in a vacuum – identity, social justice, and global issues inform our capacity, our relationships, and our work.

When is it? Every third Wednesday via Zoom, from 11AM-12PM Pacific / 2-3PM Eastern
